Free returns and exchanges for faulty goods.
We think our vessels are amazing but if, for some reason, you are unhappy or your vessel arrived damaged, you can request a refund or exchange.
To make a return or exchange, email us at von@thevesselcollection.com with the following information:
- 'Return' or 'Faulty Vessel' in the subject line with your order number provided to you on your order confirmation email
- What item(s) you wish to return and reason for doing so and/or
- An explanation of the fault with a corresponding photo of the fault
We will replace or refund your order within five days of receiving the items.
